Our Story

Social Tea is a family-owned tea shop founded in 2022, born during a difficult chapter for our family following the loss of a loved one and built around a simple idea: creating a warm, welcoming place where people can slow down, enjoy something made with care, and connect with one another. Located in the heart of Seattle at 1212 Pine Street, between Capitol Hill and Downtown, we use high-quality ingredients to craft oat milk based teas, fruit teas, matcha drinks, boba, and specialty beverages with an emphasis on balanced flavors that let the tea itself shine.
